This project involved designing a coordinated set of internal and recruitment publications to improve clarity, consistency, and brand alignment across Grundon’s employee-facing communications. The aim was to bring multiple booklets and documents together into a cohesive publication suite that could function effectively across both print and digital formats.
Working closely with the Head of HR, I conducted an audit of over twenty existing documents to identify duplication, inconsistencies, and opportunities to simplify the content structure. I then developed a shared editorial and visual framework, collaborating with HR and Marketing teams to restructure and reformat content so it was clearer, more engaging, and aligned with the company’s brand identity.
The design introduced a clean and modern publication layout system supported by consistent iconography and a refreshed colour palette. Each booklet was designed to work as part of a unified family while remaining flexible enough to accommodate different types of information and communication needs.
The resulting publication suite improved usability for employees and strengthened the consistency of recruitment communications. By consolidating the materials into a structured system, the project also reduced duplication and made future updates easier and more efficient.
